By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use our automotive detailing products for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

2. Accurate Product Representation and Pricing

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any package tier without notice. We have made every effort to display the colors, specifications, and images of our hardware with absolute fidelity.

3. 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee Policy

All purchases of NanoPolix Scratch Cloth are covered by our official 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee (less S&H). The 30-day evaluation period begins on the verified date of courier delivery:

If you are not completely satisfied with the clear-coat restoration results on your vehicle, contact support@get-nanopolix.com within 30 days to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
Returns must include all original packaging, foil pouches, and accessories.
The customer is responsible for return carrier shipping and handling charges.
Refunds are credited to the original payment method upon receipt and technical inspection at our returns facility.

4. Order Dispatch & Logistics

Orders are packaged and dispatched from fulfillment warehouses. Carrier tracking information is automatically transmitted via email upon dispatch. Transit timelines depend on geographic territory and local carrier operations.

5. Clear-Coat Scope & Product Use Disclaimer

NanoPolix Scratch Cloth is formulated for clear-coat surface blemishes, micro-swirls, parking lot scuffs, paint transfers, and surface oxidation measuring under 10 microns in depth. It is not designed to repair deep gouges that penetrate through the clear coat and base paint into bare sheet metal or plastic bumper substrates.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UAB Rara Digital, our directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from improper surface preparation or misuse of the product.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Lithuania and the European Union, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
